1. About these terms

These terms apply to everyone who uses Job Launch (arjobs.co.in), whether as a jobseeker, an employer or a visitor. By creating an account you agree to them.

2. Accounts

• You must give accurate information and keep your login details private.
• One person may hold one jobseeker account. Employer accounts must belong to a real organisation or recruiter.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms, post misleading content or put other users at risk.

3. Jobseekers

• Your profile and resume must be truthful and your own.
• When you apply to a job, the employer who posted it can see your application, profile and attached resume.

4. Employers

• Jobs must be genuine, lawful vacancies. Charging candidates any fee for a job, interview or training is not allowed.
• Every job is reviewed before publication and may be rejected or removed.
• Candidate data may be used only to recruit for the role the candidate applied to, and must be handled in line with applicable Indian data-protection law.

5. Content and conduct

Do not post content that is false, discriminatory, abusive, infringes someone else's rights, or contains malware. Do not scrape the site or misuse other users' contact details.

6. Paid services

Paid plans for employers, when offered, are described at the point of purchase, including price, taxes and duration.

7. Liability

Job Launch is a platform that connects jobseekers and employers. We do not guarantee a job or a hire, and we are not a party to any employment agreement.
